Our Policy

All NXFX products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or delivered.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but never received your download link
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at NeXusMotionFX@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund requests are also handled directly by Paddle. You can reach Paddle's buyer support via your purchase receipt or at paddle.com.

Compatibility

NXFX presets are designed for DaVinci Resolve with Fusion. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your version of DaVinci Resolve before purchasing. Incompatibility due to unsupported software versions does not qualify for a refund.

We recommend downloading the free NXFX Starter pack before purchasing any paid pack to confirm compatibility with your setup.
