Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of nxfx.io and the purchase of digital products from NeXus Motion FX, operated by a sole trader based in the Czech Republic. By purchasing or downloading any NXFX product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

NXFX sells digital macro preset packs (.drfx files) designed for use with DaVinci Resolve Fusion. Products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment and Order Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased NXFX products for personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or repackage NXFX files in any form.

5. Compatibility

NXFX presets are designed for DaVinci Resolve with Fusion. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your version of DaVinci Resolve before purchasing. We recommend downloading the free NXFX Starter pack to confirm compatibility before any paid purchase.

6. Lifetime Updates

All paid NXFX packs include lifelong updates. New effects added to a pack in the future will be delivered to existing customers at no additional cost.

7. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy at nxfx.io/policy/refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All NXFX products, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of NeXus Motion FX. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

NXFX products are provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including data loss or project issues resulting from use of our presets.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
